A Fresh New Year

I can't believe how much time has already gone by since my first post. I'll just have to add that to my list of goals for the year. Christmas was nice as we got to spend about a week with my in-laws. The girls had so much fun seeing their cousins and eating way too much junk! New Years Eve was a quite for us. We invited mom over for the evening. We played DDR and watched Eagle Eye on the projector. Kaylie tired out pretty fast was asleep by 8pm. Charity was a trooper and stayed up until 12:30pm. Once her head hit the pillow though she was gone. So far, this year has been pretty great. 2008 was a great year for us. A lot of good things happened for us. Cory started his new job, we bought a house, visited Nauvoo (a lifetime dream of mine) even got to do a session in the Nauvoo temple, Charity had surgery on her kidney,(and has not been sick since!!!!! She was sick the entire year before!) and Cory and I both received callings that we absolutely love. Things just keep getting better. As for the girls they love having a yard of their own to explore in. Welcome 2009!
