Spring Fever

I keep wondering when spring will really come. The trees have blossomed, the daffodils have bloomed, the bugs are out preparing for next winter, the days are beautiful. I begin to plan all of the projects to be done in the yard and then it turns cold once again. I love spring. I love when the spring flowers poke up through the ground for the first time and start to bloom. I love seeing nature wake up after a long winter's nap and begin to grow again. For me it is a breath of fresh air. The cold has been a good thing though. We still haven't finished the girls closet. We built it a couple of months ago, but I haven't felt well enough to work on it. Today I sanded the 2nd coat of mud and will put the last coat on tomorrow. I am really hoping to have it done by next Saturday. The girls toys have overflowed into our room because of the lack of organization. It will be nice for everything to have a place again.

Easter was a lot of fun. We went up north to spend it with family. The girls had so much fun "rolling eggs" down the hill at the park and playing with all of their cousins. Charity was a little worried that most of her eggs were broken but after I explained that it was supposed to do that, so then she would step on it first before she would throw it. It really was a great time.
